replace with DAP 33 glazing compound also paint
panes and
sash.

Gutter System Power Washed: Cleaning and downspouts
flushed with minor repairs. Also gutter screen installed.
- Gutter
Repairs: Secure gutter to fascia board with
screw hangers. Replace wood rotten fascia board.
Seal leaks, correct pitch and remove downspout
from underground well. Clean basement wells and
cover.
- Exterior Painting: Prep surface for paint; includes
scrape, prime, putty, caulk and minor repairs where
need: then paint soffit, trim, siding, panes and sills,
etc.
- Power washing: Power Wash wood deck, stone facade,
cement, vinyl or aluminum siding to remove dirt and
mold. Seal or stain wood decks. Paint siding.
